Tickets and Refunds

GoBundl matches you into a small group and is free to use during our pilot. GoBundl does not sell event tickets. When an event requires a ticket, it is sold directly by the external organizer, and that purchase is a contract between you and the organizer.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds for tickets are handled by the organizer under their own terms, not by GoBundl. For events organized by Brewing Minds UG, a full refund can be requested up to 24 hours before the event start by emailing team@brewing-minds.com; requests made within 24 hours of the event are not refundable. Please review the organizer's terms before buying a ticket.
